He told me to buy a specific grill which I did, and to pay him 100% up front for the services which I also did. My wife and i hired chef kev to cook for our wedding last year and it was the best decision we made! We had a tasting and instantly new we were going to book him for the event. We had about 125 people attending our wedding and till this day everyone still talk about how good the food was! If your looking for phenomenal flavors and someone who genuinely cares about what they're doing, providing great service and great food don't look anywhere else!!
We had the most amazing private dining experience with Chef Kev, he was super professional, as was his team, great to communicate and plan with, as well as their ability to accommodate food allergies, and the food was absolutely incredible. Chef Kevin cooked a wonderful meal for us that included delicious scallops, blue fin tuna and a fried rice that was out of this world. I recommend you call him for your next treat at home.
