Johnny has a fantastic and interesting personality, great presentation and very unique, fine meals!
We had a recent meal prepared by Johnny Carino while we stayed at Saint Simon's Sea Island resort. I can honestly say that the meal was one of the highlights of our 10 day trip. Johnny prepared a 6 course meal for 8 of us. The food was exquisite, Johnny was incredibly engaging, the presentation and variety of tastes fantastic. If you want a very special evening while you're on Saint Simons Island, definitely book an evening with Johnny. You will not be disappointed! We couldn't have been more delighted.
We had an incredible experience with Chef Johnny. Surprise 60th Birthday dinner for my wife with kids and family flying in from far away places. Johnny was so responsive working with me to set the perfect dinner menu. On dinner night he exceeded our expectations. Everyone (especially my wife) was blown away with his attention to detail, the quality of his food and his personal and professional flair. First time I've used a private chef, but so glad I picked such a great one!
