Chef Joe’s catering and bistro has the BEST people to work with for your event, as well as the most delicious food you could ever want! Mora, my primary contact, has been communicative, professional, and easy to work with! She was in-touch through every speed bump and last minute change! My Wedding Tasting at their Bistro became one of the best date nights I’ve ever had with my Fiancee! Their Pecan crusted Salmon was rich without being heavy, and I wish I could put that sauce it came with on everything!
