After our trip to Italy last summer, we were on a mission to find croissants that could compare. Someone recommended this establishment and Chef Jimmy’s absolutely delivered! The croissants and pastries were buttery, flaky, and perfectly baked, with incredible flavor in every bite. My personal favorite was the glazed croissant; simple, yet elevated with just the right hint of vanilla glaze. A local husband and wife team. Visited for the 1st time a few days ago. Honest and just amazing baked goods. For a small store, they have a large variety of items. You can even call in a special order.
