A beyond pleasant yet fully professional experience was had with Chef Jai! I booked her for an intimate surprise dinner for my husband's 40th birthday. She was easy to communicate with during the planning process, flexible, and executed seamlessly. There was never a moment that lacked comfort or professionalism. Chef Jai came through for me at the last minute and not only did she come prepared she came and cooked for my daughter’s surprise birthday hibachi dinner. Presentation was excellent, food was delicious. Jai and her staff served my guests and cleaned up the areas used. I highly recommend her for your next event big or small. You won’t be disappointed. THE BEST. Jamesha was a complete life saver by catering our photoshoot with less than 24 hours of prep time. She was on time, had a great attitude, and the food was BOMB!!! Everyone loved the food- I heard a crew member say it’s the best food they’ve ever had on set. She showed up with vegan options and even vegan butter for our crew with dietary restrictions! This has been hands down the best catering experience I have had!! I love to host gatherings, but with all the coordinating and planning I tend to look for a catering service to cook. Chef Jai catered for our Thanksgiving 2025 and, everything was incredible! Since I haven't used her catering before, I ordered 2 of everything for the guest to make sure it was enough food.
