Great Wedding Catering I had a great experience with Chef Jack and his wonderful staff for my wedding. We are so incredibly happy with how everything turned out. Tammy and Tony were the onsite contacts and really made everything seamless. Our guests loved the meal selection along with the chocolate cups filled with Bailey's.
Chef Jack Fail! They have great food, but watch out for the hidden costs and poor customer service if your going to use them for your wedding. They seem to be very nice until you have a serious question, then you see that they were being so nice just to get your business...but they don't care about you. When we got our final contract for our wedding, there was extra gratuity added on to it that was never discussed. Great Wedding Caterer We can't thank them enough! Our reception was a great success. Everyone raved about the food and service and I know some of my friends with upcoming weddings will be contacting them. Catering My husband's company hired them for a recent event and we were all impressed. The food was unique and the event staff was very cordial and helpful.
Wonderful Caterer Chef Jack's catered our recent wedding reception and were simply wonderful to work with. The food service was excellent and delicious, and we heard many comments from our guests that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Our experience was delightful from the food tasting to the night of the wedding.
Fantastic Wedding Catering I had my wedding this past year and Chef Jack's was our chosen caterer. It was nothing short of spectacular. Six months later I am still hearing from guests that the dinner was the best wedding food they have ever had. Chef Jack and Candy were really a joy to work with, from the initial planning to the day of the wedding. At the wedding itself, Pam and the staff the day of the event were all very attentive and professional...even with the less than ideal weather for an outdoor event.
Wonderful food....Difficult to work with manager/planner We choose Chef Jacks for our wedding because they were a locally owned, friendly operation with a great reputation. The food and presentation was wonderful, but Candy their event manager is a difficult personality to work with, who was rude to myself, my wedding planner and my mother at my wedding. Best Catering in the Waukesha Area Chef Jack is wonderful to work with. He and his assistant, really know how to throw a party. From the first sit down, where you get to sample fabulous food to the end of the party, every detail is worked out. He did a garden party for me and it was just fantastic. I would highly recommend Chef Jack to anyone for the smallest occasion to the largest.
