Chef Xavier cooked a cozy winter menu for my dad’s 70th birthday. Three courses, and I honestly can’t say which one was my favorite. If you are looking for a private chef, I highly recommend reaching out to Xavier from Chef in the Valley, he will help you personalize your menu and he was so fun and nice to have in our Airbnb for a delicious meal.
Xavier cooked for us during our girls weekend in the Berkshires. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Planning the menu was easy and our meal was beyond amazing - delicious! Far better than going to a restaurant or cooking ourselves. We had a blast with Xavier and would definitely work with him again.
Chef Xavier was the highlight of our work retreat. He provided delicious, filling, and nutritious meals while remaining conscious of a few dietary restrictions we needed to navigate. He was always on time and able to have everything ready for us. I cannot recommend him enough -- every guest we had reported that his food was the highlight of the trip.
Xavier from Chef in the Valley asked wonderful questions about the nature of the gathering he was catering, what people really liked to eat and what our traditions were, and then he delivered a delicious meal that was just right for the crowd. He was professional and easy to communicate with the whole way through. Highly recommend!
Xavier is an amazing chef. He was very accommodating and made a delicious meal for a dinner party I hosted for a birthday at home. He has such a good vibe, and my guests are still raving about the meal to this day. Would highly recommend and hope to use him again someday!
