Chef Xavier prepared a delicious and thoughtful menu for our group of eight that included both tasty vegetarian (farro, cauliflower steak) and non- veg options (salmon). The entire experience was relaxing as Chef Xavier quickly familiarized himself with the kitchen and hosted us. Dessert (olive oil cake with fruit) was my favorite. I hope to use his services again and highly recommend him.
Chef Xavier is a phenomenal chef and a kind human being. He cooked a marvelous dinner for 8 of us in Hudson Valley. From appetizers to the mains and sides, everything was outstanding. Best cauliflower steak I have had. The salmon was perfectly cooked. Everyone is still talking about the olive oil cake and fruit compote (pictured here). And, the kitchen was spotless afterward. Thank you Chef!
Chef Xavier prepared a super delicious meal for us! There was a traffic issue which put a time crunch on his preparation and he still didn’t get flustered, kept the meal moving along and all with fantastic, innovative and yummy creations!!
Chef Xavier put on a delicious dinner for our group of nine to celebrate a joint bachelor/bachelorette weekend. He was very accommodating in our planning - especially knowledgeable and flexible with the event being hosted at an Airbnb we hadn't yet visited - and very professional in outlining costs and process. We had a great meal with Chef Xavier James! He came and cooked for a group of us 9 girls. He was extremely professional and accommodated all of our dietary restrictions with no issues. The food was delicious, healthy, and beautiful and we had LOTS of leftovers. We highly recommend booking with Chef in the Valley!
