Xavier is a top notch chef. He used local produce and meat, which was so fresh and delicious. Every course was incredible. If you want an amazing meal, I highly recommend him.
We had the best experience with Chef Xavier on a bachelorette party in upstate NY! He was professional, quick, and fun! Highly recommend. The food was truly to die for. He catered especially well to a gluten allergy as well.
