I hire Wil frequently to make party food for our guests. He always nails his dishes of the day... Plumb pudding cake recently, Salmon, Tabouli, Soups, Meat Loaf, Big Breakfasts! and South African specialites... I can always depend on Wil to deliver whatever dish is required, I have found few dishes that he hasn't mastered with his extensive background in food "science" and the taste is amazing...
My team of 10 software developers stayed in Salt Lake City for about a week. We hired Chef Greer to help us save some money and time - we didn't want to go out to dinners every night. Wil has cooked for my company many times, and it is always supurb. Always Real food! fresh herbs in their proper season and so forth. He can carmalize onions and mushrooms like no other! Also, a baked cod dish and tabouli to die for! I am a very picky eater and spend alot of my income on food.
