I was truly delighted to have Chef Gason prepare a four course meal for my wife and I. It was our 9th year anniversary he made this very special. Not only did we enjoy his delicious cooking, we also took great pleasure in his company and his stories. Highly recommend Chef Gason.

Chef Gason and his assistant Katie came to our AirBnB near Frenchman Street and prepared an excellent dinner for our group of nine. After a long day working on a trade show floor, the relaxing dinner was a great way to unwind but also have a business discussion without being rushed by a waitress. We had several excellent meals at highly rated restaurants in New Orleans but the meal (filet mignon) prepared by Chef Gason was by far our best meal. THANK YOU CHEF!
