An experienced chef with very tasteful, unique dishes! Chef Gason pays attention to details and does the “little” things right. Highly recommend! Always a pleasure- TOOEASY!!
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Chef Gason. The booking process was very straightforward, communication was excellent, he handled a food allergy and late change to guest count without issue, and the dinner experience itself was absolutely incredible. Both Chef and his assistant Ms. Chelsea were very personable, kind, and professional. Very much looking forward to our next dinner with Chef Gason.
During my bachelor party/birthday trip in New Orleans, our group booked a private chef for dinner and it turned into one of the most meaningful parts of the entire week. The food was phenomenal, but what made it special was him. He took the time to talk with us, explain the dishes, and share his passion for cooking. You could feel how much pride he puts into his craft. It brought the whole group together in a way I didn’t expect. An unforgettable experience and easily a 10/10.
Chef Gason prepared courses for my jazz fest group. We came from Houston so it made our stay easy and Cajun style! He was professional and friendly and his food tasted great.
Our family did THE MOST AMAZING cooking class with Chef Gason at our Airbnb in NOLA. What a special evening - we all learned tons, not only about how to make the food (including remoulade sauce, boudin balls, crawfish étouffeé, collard greens and banana foster), but also about local traditions and ingredients. And then we got to eat it all. Spectacular. Cannot recommend doing a private class highly enough. Thank you Chef!!
