Perfect on a plate. That’s Chef Eric’s M.O. From planning to execution Eric was a joy to work with. He helped me create an unforgettable experience after I proposed to my fiancé! For that, I would be grateful in and of itself—but no, he exceeded even my high standards as a self-proclaimed food connoisseur. Best chicken parm I’ve ever had!! I cannot say enough good things about Eric and Emily. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
