Eric cooked the most delicious dinner for my family to celebrate my husband's retirement. He explained every dish in detail and all were amazing starting with the creative wedge salad and ending with the decadent cheesecake. The main course was a perfectly cooked steak accompanied by a mushroom medley, asparagus and roasted potatoes. The service was impeccable as well. They left the kitchen and surrounding bar area spotless. It was truly an amazing experience and I would not hesitate to recommend him!
I worked with Eric for a family gathering weekend in Denver. Great planning and execution. Everything went smoothly and was delicious. He prepared a tailgate pre-party with wraps, salads, and cheese and grapes platter for Red Rocks and a wonderful buffet dinner celebration at our Airbnb (salmon, beef tenderloin, and chicken) with many sides. Great cookies, brownies and cake which were devoured!
Chef Eric and his team put together the most spectacular evening for our party. He curated the most delicious menu and his staff was super professional, proactive and meticulous. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our evening was as a result of Eric and his team. We look forward to using them again.
