I am leaving this review more on the service than the actual coat as I never actually received the coat and wanted to let others know. I ordered a Chef Coat through their website and it said that the coat was in stock received a confirmation email saying that they were processing the order and would receive an email when it ships. After 5 days I emailed the company asking about the order and the first email I got back simply said "who is this?"
