I was so excited when I saw Chef D’Noir would be at the Melissa Road Tribute Fest this weekend. I have been wanting to try them for a while and they definitely did not disappoint! I ordered the Bayou Catfish: fried catfish smothered in crawfish etouffeé sauce, served over rice with a side of garlic bread. Growing up in Louisiana, this was heaven! OMG!! My husband and I ate here tonight and it was delicious!! Fresh, crispy and so much flavor! Gumbo is out of this world! Truffle fries are crispy and tasty. Definitely will be back! Thanks for coming to Van Alstyne!! Hopefully we will see you a lot more!
