I hired Chef Derricka and Sous Chef Rueben for a private dinner at my home for a surprise appreciation for my husband and family this past weekend. We had the lemon arugula salad, salmon with garlic potatoes and broccolini and bourbon bread pudding for dessert which was presented very well. They did not disappoint. Their professionalism was unparalleled and second to none and their personality made the experience that much greater. I definitely would recommend her services and will be a return customer. From the first bite to the last, every dish was thoughtfully crafted, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor.
