Chef Derricka was an absolute joy to work with for my dad’s 60th birthday celebration. Her personality is easygoing and fun, but very professional. Chef Derricka never disappoints! Our downtown Fort Worth firm has ordered from her several times, and every meal has been outstanding. The food is consistently delicious, arrives on time, and is always the perfect temperature. Our latest order included jerk chicken, pork belly, plantains, coconut rice and peas, collard greens, and peach cobbler—and every single dish was a hit.
