I hired Chef Derricka and Sous Chef Rueben for a private dinner at my home for a surprise appreciation for my husband and family this past weekend. We had the lemon arugula salad, salmon with garlic potatoes and broccolini and bourbon bread pudding for dessert which was presented very well. They did not disappoint. Their professionalism was unparalleled and second to none and their personality made the experience that much greater. I definitely would recommend her services and will be a return customer. From the first bite to the last, every dish was thoughtfully crafted, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Not only is Chef Derricka incredibly talented, but she also brings a warm and professional energy to the experience. She takes the time to understand her clients’ preferences and dietary needs, ensuring that each meal is both delicious and perfectly tailored.

Picking vendors for my grandfather's 90th birthday celebration , was quite stressful, but finding Chef Derricka, made things much smoother. She was patient with me when I had seemingly a million questions, adjustments, and concerns. She also delivered amazing food. Our brunch was delicious, with family giving nothing but compliments. My grandmother raved about the fried catfish in particular, while my son couldn't get enough of the salmon croquettes. If you're looking for a private chef, I highly recommend Chef Derricka!
