I always call Chef Derricka when I have a special celebration. Her culinary expertise & creativity is unmatched! I hosted an Oscar’s Watching Party in my home and Chef curated a menu of 10 unique appetizers that represented the era of each Best Picture nominee - it was phenomenal! Our guests could not stop raving about the food! If you have her cater an event or meal for you, then you’ll know why!
Chef Derricka is absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, she was professional, easy to work with, and brought such a fun, positive energy to the experience. She has an amazing personality! Simply Delicious! Chef Derricka never disappoints! I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Derricka as a personal chef and treated my family to a Christmas Eve brunch. The shrimp and grits were phenomenal. Salmon croquettes were my dad’s favorite and we are spending another holiday with him in our hearts. Chef Derricka was absolutely amazing from the start of planning for my Friendsgiving event, through the full execution! She worked with me to craft an amazing menu for our 30 guests. The food was delicious and the set up was beautiful. Thank you for taking care of us, Chef! Until next time :-)
