Chef Derricka never disappoints! Our downtown Fort Worth firm has ordered from her several times, and every meal has been outstanding. The food is consistently delicious, arrives on time, and is always the perfect temperature. Our latest order included jerk chicken, pork belly, plantains, coconut rice and peas, collard greens, and peach cobbler—and every single dish was a hit. If you’re looking for healthy, authentic, flavorful food and reliable catering, I highly recommend Chef Derricka!

I always call Chef Derricka when I have a special celebration. Her culinary expertise & creativity is unmatched! I hosted an Oscar’s Watching Party in my home and Chef curated a menu of 10 unique appetizers that represented the era of each Best Picture nominee - it was phenomenal! Our guests could not stop raving about the food! If you have her cater an event or meal for you, then you’ll know why!
Chef Derricka is absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, she was professional, easy to work with, and brought such a fun, positive energy to the experience. She has an amazing personality! Simply Delicious! Chef Derricka never disappoints! I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Derricka as a personal chef and treated my family to a Christmas Eve brunch. The shrimp and grits were phenomenal. Salmon croquettes were my dad’s favorite and we are spending another holiday with him in our hearts.
