We had Chef Dane Cater our wedding of 135 people last weekend, and they did a fantastic job. Communicating with the team was easy, and they were very flexible up until the end when we made special requests. They also reached out to our venue themselves and confirmed details of the set up which took a huge stressor off us since we thought we couldn't use flames to keep the food warm. Chef Dane catered our August 2026 wedding at Fremont Abbey and they were fantastic. The best part: they made our entire menu gluten free. Not one dish set aside on a separate table, not a special plate for one person, the whole thing. Anyone who has planned a wedding around a dietary restriction knows how rare and how meaningful that is. Nobody had to ask what they could eat, and nobody could tell the difference. We recently hired Chef Dane Catering for our wedding and the food, drinks and service staff were all phenomenal. Everything was delicious and the staff were so kind. We hired Chef Dane to cater a 60th birthday party on a small boat. It was absolutely perfect! The food was wonderful, delicious and elegantly presented. The server set up a beautiful presentation, took care of everything and was personable and friendly. One of the attendees asked if we knew her! I would not hesitate to recommended this company for any of your catering needs!
