We hired Chef Covas for a recent birthday celebration. She and her team did an amazing job. I didn't have to worry about a thing and was actually able to enjoy the party. They were professional and on top of everything. The food was amazing! The 24-hour braised short rib with creamy parmesan polenta and the citrus salmon were incredible!
My family and I have used Chef Covas Catering for a few years since we saw Lauren win the episode of “Chopped.” We loved that it is based in NJ and they are very responsive when we call. Chef Covas catering is very easy and professional to deal with. The food quality and quantity were suburb, as well as the presentation of the food. Where do I begin! I love the food from Chef Covas. Not only does the food always taste great but the display is also fantastic!
I used Chef Covas Catering for my daughter's graduation party - people couldn't stop talking about the taco bar with skirt steak, chicken and all of the fixings among other buffet items! It was a stand out. We've also hired Lauren for Thanksgiving dinner as well as other events. Highly recommend!
