The menu was created for our corporate event, considering all the employees meal preferences and allergies: Mixed Green Salad, Lemon Herb Roasted Salmon, Rosemary Garlic Roasted Chicken Breast, Oven Roasted New Potatoes, Roasted Asparagus & Red Bell Peppers. Service and food were amazing!
I hired Chef B’s catering & services for my Brothers 30th birthday. Twenty of us all together and Chef B knocked it out of the park. The Beef Wellington was exquisite, steak perfectly medium rare the mush duxelle was rich and creamy. While leaving the puff pastry perfectly crispy ( not an easy task to do) brie whipped mash potatoes to die for. We would definitely refer Chef B’s services and will be using them again thank you. Also Tiffany is a rockstar for decor and wine.
We absolutely loved our breakfast options for our baby sprinkle! We chose to do chicken & waffles and biscuits & gravy. They both were the focal point of our party and everyone loved them. Not only did they set up very fast and efficiently, but this food tasted amazing as well. Very fresh and local ingredients. Overall we would recommend Chef B to everyone we know. From booking their services to drop off, we were so happy with everything!!!
