Very professional chef, pleasure to do business with, and has a diverse menu to choose from!
Chef Aram and his staff catered a dinner for 25 ( 15 adults and 10 children) during our family reunion in Hilton Head. The meal went way beyond my expectations! Appetizers included a crab dip and delicious shrimp. Entrees were melt in your mouth steak as well as a low country boil. Terrific salad, roasted vegetables, macaroni and cheese ( loved by all but especially the children), cornbread and biscuits. A gorgeous display of a multitude of desserts followed. Chef Aram was an absolute delight! The food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. He responded quickly throughout the entire process and the food was perfect for our event (Tuscany Menu!!)
