Andrew and his team were incredible, the food was spectacular and they focused on local, fresh ingredients. Can’t recommend highly enough.
We could not more emphatically recommend Chef Andrew! Chef Andrew catered an intimate wedding dinner for 10 at our Airbnb in Stanley. The food was absolutely incredible—including Chef Andrew sourcing wild huckleberries for dessert! Our menu included: watermelon salad skewers, corn fritters, halloumi and tomato skewers, peach + burrata salad, seared scallops with corn, Snake River Farms steak with a huckleberry wine glaze, and huckleberry panna cotta.
