Chef Adair and team were outstanding partners!! They were truly such a pleasure to work with, and if/when we host events in the area again, they will be my first phone call. They accommodated our unique vision and created an outstanding experience. Our guests loved the food, and the presentation was outstanding.
They made our party a success! Delicious foods, gorgeous florals.
The quality of the food is absolutely on par with any Michelin star restaurant. From scratch everything, homemade stocks and sauces, the Demi glacé is out of this world, the pasta and the gnocchi. I’m amazed by the craftsmanship and the sheer passion I see coming out of Chef Adair’s kitchen. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to recommend a truly unforgettable experience.
I have you used Chef Adair's cervices a few time. Chef Adair and his team always provide the best experience. From the initial contact to the last course, they are nothing but professional. The food is always delicious and pairs perfectly with the wines.
Hire someone else! This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. The events coordinator was very aggressive and more focused on extracting as much money as possible out of me than creating a joyous celebration. She also made multiple promises to me about pricing, food and dining options that an "account manager" and then the chef refused to honor leaving me hanging with a milestone birthday celebration that has been literally months in the planning at significant time and expense.
