Today I went to the reception and there was a disrespectful person which is why Ill give you one star. I am not happy at all with your customer service.
Whoever is answering the phone's here at time's are so incompetent, unprofessional. Phoned today for my father, he's had been getting tests because they found there's something wrong with his LIVER. He had text this morning off this gp practice to phone up & orangise a call back with a dr for his test results. A women answered & i explained her about the text. Joined the GP online in order to have a check up regarding the impact of the medication I'm on. I also wanted them to confirm my medical records for my driving license. I tried to book an appointment using the online form and received an email from a noreply email address: "Your request for a surgery appointment any time on any day between 09/01/2024 and 22/01/2024 with a doctor at Cheetham Hill Medical Centre has not been booked."
