I have severe excema, dr lana 1st time she seen me she instantly referred me to a dermatologist without the long waiting list. As i was having issues with my dermatologist I booked an appointment and had dr lana again I was so greatfull and so happy and shes boosted my confidence and always listens without rushing and listens to all my concerns. Absolutely total respect for all the talanted staff,nurses and GP's especially Dr bokhari senior head GP at this marvellous practice. We have been registered here since 2007 and we have had so much help and support on time from appointments and emergencies We have a ill stroke family member and other serious health issues within our family. The people working here have somewhat of a control issue. I will admit in my frustration i have been very rude. I have walked in recently to speak to the practice manager, when i was asked for my name i asked for the receptionist name (politely, there were witnesses). The situation got awkward all because she didn't want to giver her name. The practice manager came who stated "I have little time for this" kept stating she was the "practice manager" like she's above everyone else. Absolutely pathetic service! The doctors are not patient friendly and rude. They think of themselves like Gods. There was dr named kiranjeet, she needs to work on her history taking and patient dealing. She was in hurry and I felt like she is trying to get rid of the appointment and trying to do the stuff immediately. Overall a lot of problems are there. My blood samples were lost thrice which is quite frustrating and poor practice.
Rubbish service specially receptionist entered the building at 10.15 went to receptionist give her my daughter name and she told me to go to corridor will be called by nurse after 15mins I came back to receptionist and she was like what are you talking about she then checked me in and I wasted my 2hours in building its happened on Tuesday 5th of August just check the cctv and you will find very bad service
