Rubbish service specially receptionist entered the building at 10.15 went to receptionist give her my daughter name and she told me to go to corridor will be called by nurse after 15mins I came back to receptionist and she was like what are you talking about she then checked me in and I wasted my 2hours in building its happened on Tuesday 5th of August just check the cctv and you will find very bad service
Called to book an appointment. Was in the queue but was position number 5. This took 40 minutes just to be told that they only have 2 doctors (no female doctors) and that all appointments have been gone (I called at 8am and queue position 5). Oh, he said, I could call back to ‘see’ if they have any cancellations. The staff member on the phone was rude and did not even care!
My daughter had fever , our doctor Lana was very knowledgeable and she was pleasant and caring kudos to her for warm welcome and specialist treatment
Saw Dr Bunger on Thursday. She was amazing and very helpful. Thanks Dr Bunger.
