Questionable Customer Service getting blantantly ignored and bypassed.
UPDATE: full refund finally posted 1 week later I wanted to surprise my husband with a dessert from back home since we relocated to North Carolina. I ordered a carrot cake bundt cake on July 27th for August 5th delivery. The shipping was 2 day shipping and I understand that was out of the sellers control. However after 72 hours and on a 96° day the cake arrived and I was only refunded the shipping. I emailed to request a full refund, no reply. The photos are what I ordered versus what arrived.
