Since December I’ve been trying to get a callback or a email response returned. Nothing! Some people still have paid jobs and can’t take off to wait at the association office for a response. Agree with the other truthful reviews, clicks and friends get first priority!
I have lived here a long time. You have to call outside contractors because your not a friend nothing gets done 17 years with a half of stoop cracked sidewalk, bricks deteriorating. You call the office response is no they won’t fix it or your on the list HOA fee goes up. A lot of young people live here. Rules but not enforced . The good reviews must be friends. The Association that runs this place is very click-ish, meeting's are one sided, if you oppose a certain subject there discussing your (booed), just like children do.
