Very disappointed. I placed an online order, and it was accepted without any issues. When we arrived to pick it up, the bakery was closed. There was no notice on the website, no update on social media, and the ordering system was still taking orders. We wasted our time driving there only to find the doors locked. Good customer service starts with clear communication. If you’re closed, please update your website, social media, and online ordering platforms so customers don’t make an unnecessary trip.
