Been with Cheers for over 8 years now and they have always been fair and courteous to us , highly recommend the team at Cheers , Best Reality in Brisbane for sure
Terrible real estate company, attempting to shake us down and steal our bond. Fulfilled none of their property management obligations. Took them to tribunal and won in less than five minutes (there was never a reason to withhold bond to begin with). Intimidation, bullying and misleading and deceptive conduct. Renters beware.
Worst realestate I’ve had to deal with, nothing got fixed when asked, when you move out they try to keep your entire bond
