I was not a customer but an ex landlord…Tim is not to be trusted, he did not pay rent did an enormous amount of damage to my house… did not fulfill court ordered requirements and lied in court. I hope we have the same judge when I take you to civil court to collect for damages. Do not trust Timothy Gibson Erwin, he will likely change his company name again. Attached are photos of how he left my refidgerator after I emptied the food he had packed inside. Do not trust this person.
