Our experience began rough. The repairman refused to clean two of our rugs due to the material they were made of even though they have been cleaned by your company before. The conversation was a little combative but he kept his cool and handled our frustration well. He did a great job cleaning and was nice and professional.

contacted Jay to schedule an ASAP cleaning at my daughter’s house in Cambridgeport before she has a new baby (we arrived here to help and thought about this last-minute). He responded and did an thorough job. He was friendly and helpful (family is new to the area).

We had great communication from begin to finish. The text messages letting us know when Rafael was coming were helpful. He was polite and professional. No high pressure to add services, but addressed questions with solid recommendations. We are very pleased with the service and our clean carpets!

is one of my favorite building work providers. It is incredible what they can do with carpet and upholstery. We have two kids and a puppy, and they made our light gray wall-to-wall carpet and area rugs look like new again at a awesome price. I was kicking myself for not hiring them sooner!
