So a couple of months ago I lost my car. I read their reviews here and saw they were pretty good. I ended up buying a 2017 jeep Cherokee from them. Not even having the car for 2 weeks I took it in because the check engine light came on. Turns out the motor was failing on the car. They said they would handle and take care of it. I went into Cheema Motors because they claimed they wouldn’t be pushy or dishonest — just honest and upfront. That sounded great. I test drove a car I was interested in and even took it to get a diagnostic scan done at an auto parts store. The scan came back showing an automatic transmission fault, which is a serious issue. When I brought this up to the dealer, they said their own diagnostic machine had been broken, which is why they hadn’t caught or fixed the issue. Awesome experience. Great people. On the way home with our new to us car, the screen had issues. Called them and they had us come back. They fixed it and were very understanding and accommodating. Would most deffinately recommend these gentlemen.
I will keep this simple. Mihael is the only respectable person I met. We bought a 2016 Audi Q5 and we were given a 1-month 1,000 mile warranty. The vehicle immediately had a check engine light appear. Which shows an obvious reset of codes it popped previously. I was promised that it would be taken care of and it never has. We took the vehicle up there five times and we still have a "lemon" that will never pass an inspection. The owner shook my hand and promised that he would make it right. He did not.
