We came here twice with our toddler whilst we came up to the hills for the long weekend. Staff were great and our son had hours of fun both days. Food options are available and there was also a birthday party which is a bonus for people who live here. They were short staffed both days and food still came out fast and coffee. The only thing I would say they need to work on would be the cleanliness of the toilets. Maybe with short staff they weren’t able to clean the toilets as often as normal. I took my toddler here last school holidays and will not be returning. We lasted 5 minutes and he was knocked down the stairs on the way up to the top of the big slides and then also knocked over on the jumping castle and landed on with kids playing wrestling in the jumping castle. When leaving I spoke to them and was told it’s up to parents to supervise which I was doing, I was also told I could bring him back when it isn’t school holidays which made me even more disappointed because child can not have the same access to fu... read more
TOO MANY LITTLE KIDS! Me and my freinds (13 years old) wanted to play a good old game of chasy but due to the huge amount of kid we were unable to play. If they don’t take action against the little kids, I will be contacting the police.😡
Food was good! Coffee was great! Service was wonderful, despite it being quite busy. Facilities were clean and in good order. Came to report credit the card surcharge, but saw this has been addressed, but I didn't see the notice.
Great time for kids. Food more expensive than monarto
