Brand new bath leaking, refusing any liability giving every excuse under the sun to why theyre deformed bath is correct. Fibreglass is deformed and broken so the pneumatic switch does not sit flush agaisnt the bath so water can get through as about 3/4mm gap around the switch If you have a whirpool bath from this company i urge you to check water isnt leaking through the on and off switch !! !! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!
Sent wrong item with no label on and refused to take return. No interest to resolve their mistake. As a very large contractor in London we will not be using them again and advising others to stay well away.
Bought complete bathroom from this company, been an absolute nightmare from start, shower door hinges haven't been lined up properly and constantly leak, bath panel started to crack not long after installed, I keep phoning, emailing and everytime, I'm told oh that's the wrong email address you've sent it to, just an absolute joke of a company who has also starting traded as plumbworkz, I guess can only be because of the poor customer service under cheeky bathrooms!! Nice products all delivered on time
A shower valve became faulty within 6 months and Cheeky Bathrooms agreed it was covered by the manufacturers warranty who they said had gone out of business. When I told them my contract is with them, they told me it is because it gets clogged with shower gel??? They are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 23 where I am legally due a repair or replacement. Know your rights, do not let this company mug you off. I certainly won’t.
