This company was hired by the buyers of our house to inspect and pump the septic tank. Even though professionals, they could not find the tank. After searching for approx. 2.5-3 hours, they gave up and left. My husband found the line to the tank by just digging a hole around where he thought it was located. We then called them to come back out and open it up for inspection and cleaning. We were told they had to bring heavier equipment because they thought it was approx. 7 feet under ground. Cheek was called out to property to drain out septic tank and change filter - spent a total of 20 mins in backyard and said "job was done" then asked for $250. The same day we went outside because he began smelling something - tank was overflowing on top. Called another local company to inspect issue - septic was NOT drained and per NC law the filter for the solid tank was NOT changed.
