We purchased a new build from J. Cheeks Builders a year ago and were assured that any defects or warranty issues would be taken care of. Unfortunately, we are now well past the one-year mark, and not a single issue has been addressed. The builder has completely stopped responding to calls or texts. The quality of the home is subpar, and it’s clear corners were cut during construction. Extremely disappointed — I strongly recommend choosing a more reputable builder who stands behind their work.
