Sienna D. was our waitress, and she was very good from start to finish. Kept checking on us, made sure all was good & a very nice personality as well. We think she is an asset to Cheddar's organization & hope to have her on our next visit, hard to find all around pleasant workers in restaurants anymore. Sienna treated us like customers should be treated! Hope she gets a 'Nod' for her customer satisfaction. Thanks

The young lady was very unprofessional and rude for no reason. Dont know her name, however went inside Manager offered free. I refuse and ask for money back. It's not about reporting a matter for a freebie, not at all. The young girl need customer service classes which I dont think still would help. She knew very well What she was doing, (Generation Ego)Arlington on little Rd 10/31/21 @640-712pm

I ate at Cheddars today, It must have been Blue Monday the food was horrible. We ordered sweet Tea and it was unsweeten, this should have been a clue to leave but I stayed it took the waitress a while we did get sweet Tea. I started the meal with Spinach dip and chips it was horrible very chewy and tough, we could not eat, Cheddars usually have the best spinach dip.
