Slow service 2 different sodas tasted like seltzer water. I have noticed it's gotten worse over the years. Food wasn't what I ordered just horrible
I wish I could do a negative star rating! my 16 year old daughter took me out to dinner for my birthday and this was the worst experience. Her hamburger was raw! It was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen!. The hostess, Pam, was not apologetic at all, but proceeded to justify the condition of the food. While visiting Charlotte NC we visited this Cheddars restaurant. We have always enjoyed Cheddars but not this time! The service was slow and the waitress acted distracted and uninvolved in those she was serving. The food sat under the heat lamp for way too long and came out warm (not hot) the chicken tortilla soup was glorified tomato soup with no chicken in it and no Mexican flavor whatsoever. Cool place to spend time with family, friends, or have a first date. Pleasant employee's. Great drinks!! so visit the bar. The meals are great tasting and the prices can not be beat.
I have been here a few times and had great food every time. It's located in the University area. They serve t he great croissants with their meals. Try it, you won't be sorry you did.
