We placed an order for our employees 24 hours in advance we called the day of pick up to confirm the order and they confimred it said it would be ready for pick up at noon. then we get a call at 11:30 stating that the owner said they could not fufill our order. The lunch was to thank everyone for their hard work but thanks to Cheddars everyone is left feeling unappreciated. Thanks alot Cheddars
There is usually always a wait, but it is well worth it. The food is great. Have not found anything I do not like.
Slow service 2 different sodas tasted like seltzer water. I have noticed it's gotten worse over the years. Food wasn't what I ordered just horrible
Came here with my husband for our wedding anniversary. Got sat back in the party section. In the corner. Was very loud. Food was great but we didn't have a good time because of where we were seated at.
Cheddars is absolutely fantastic. The food is delicious and plentiful for the price (which is very economical). One of my very favorite dishes is the blackened white fish (catfish). There has only been one time that I had issues with the dish -- and that was the Chef was a little heavy-handed when salting the fish. One of the few "BEST" restaurants in town. Awesome, comfortable, fresh and at-home-like atmosphere, excellent service, and the food is OUTSTANDING, DELICIOUS, and INCREDIBLY WELL-PRICED for such an amazing restaurant. Been here many, many times over the years and EVERY TIME it has been outstanding. Don't miss it or you'll regret it!
We eat there frequently because the menu offers a huge variety and everyone can find something he likes. Service is usually very good and the food freshly prepared.
excellent restaurant. Had the ribs for lunch and they give you 1/2 rack for only $10.99. They were the best ribs I have ever had! The BBQ sauce was good and the sides were perfect too! Cole slaw was homeade and fresh and service was also excellent. Atmosphere was beautiful too. Can't think of anything bad about this place. I could eat there every day!
I visit Cheddars often and when I dine in, I truly love the experience. But the numerous times I have ordered to go orders, I have had terrible service. So its not just a one time event. The server constantly rolls her eyes, huffs, complains, and gives you attitude and talks down to you. I think I am done with ordering to go. If I dont have time to sit in then ill go somewhere else. Its just not worth the trouble anymore.
