It's edible but not good. I ordered the lone star and it was just pure cheese and barely any brisket. Very expensive sandwich that had no flavor. Do not recommend. All the food trucks in the Silos are not good!
I got the Lone Star and it was just cheese and a small sprinkle of bacon bits. Waste of $15. Go somewhere else.
