Exceptional service! Stayed open later than close to help finish the loan process. Desiree was more than helpful and went above and beyond to service my needs ! Highly recommend if needing a loan !
Management and employees are super helpful and understanding love this place
Desiree and the other nice young ladies there always take care of me! Usually when you go to a loan spot you feel a bit of embarrassment or just some type of way but it’s never like that when I go in or call. Always treated w the best customer service and respect! Shout out to you guys for always taking care of me!
I came to checksmart very stressed out and expecting the worse. But i was greeted by wonderful staff and had the pleasure of working with Desiree. She made the process so easy hastle free and i was able to walk out with money that i really needed. Thanks to her i was able to take my daughter out for her birthday.
