THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE - telling me I have an UN authorized charge of $60.00 for ********* ***** from June?! Threatening letter for nothing I owe to ********* ****** How can this organization be an "A" rating with Better Business? Customer Service is horrible. They are payment processors for a rewards card which is a payment card for a gas station. I received an email telling me a transaction for $18.54 was returned not paid by my bank. And they charged a $20 fee for non payment. We looked into the issue and discovered that the original bank was bought by another bank. The account number did not change but the routing number did change. There was no notification by the bank that the routing number changed so I would never had known. I never had a prob... read more

Treated like a criminal! In this day and age where fraud is paramount and everyone is scared to death of sharing information, this company thinks their name alone is credible enough to satisfy any uncertainty. After moving, I received a notice of an unpaid bill from Checkredi. The verbiage on the letter was odd at best, in fact it sounded like english was not their first language. Customer service for this company is horrible. none of the questions I asked regarding policies were answered or detailed in any way. Each representative repeated the same info to me over and over instead. They were rude, condescending and hung up on me. After I spoke with someone regarding my issue and was awaiting a call back from my bank, they drafted from my account multiple times without alerting me first and then charged return fees for the drafts which weren't authorized in the first place. I started taking checks again nine months ago and it looks like CHECKredi was right. I have a bottom line increase of 12% and I have to say it is all due to our change of policy on accepting checks again. Guaranteed checks this time!! I was spending over $100 per month on bad checks. I eventually just decided to stop taking them, and a lot of my customers were unhappy. With Checkredi I was able to let my customers write checks again, and I could rest easy knowing that my money was guaranteed!

I just had to write this review. I researched for weeks the best and lowest cost credit card company's for my boss. This is the only credit card company that gave me real interchange pass-thru rates and answered all my questions fast and told the truth. So yes, I would be glad to recommend CHECKredi .
