My bank account was hacked in late March. We had the bank block our accounts. During the process of setting up new accounts I used my ******** gas card thinking it was still good. I received a notice from CHECKREDI that the bank refused to pay and I was being charged an additional $30.00 because of the failure for the bank to pay. I tried to explain to CHECKREDI the criminal hack was not my fault and asked them to waive the $30.00 fee. They were not interested in my problem. I canceled my ****** K card that I had that ran through this company. They took $25 from me saying that I did not have money in my account. I talked to my bank and it was a pre-auth for over the limit of what I needed so therefore it was kicked back. My bank has already taken care of the NSF, ****** K has already received their money for the transaction but this scam of a company decides to take the money and run. I keep trying to settle a bill with them due to a company wrongfully bounced my account when I called and told them my account needed to be changed and the company didn't change it to my new account and I am willing to settle with this company for the amount that I had have purchase and not the other fees and they will not settle with me and they keep harassing me over it even when I am trying to settle this matter

If I Could Give 0 Stars I would. I am reporting the organization for Fraud. A representative gave out my information without confirming my correct Identity. After I called to investigate the solution presented to me was repeated hang-ups. Do not consult with this agency! They will give out your financial information to strangers and Refused to take a complaint.

I would give them zero stars if possible. The customer service is unprofessional and the people are rude. They call/leave vague messages at least 5-10 times daily despite me agreeing to pay the charge but refusing to pay the additional $20.00 tacked on by their company despite this being a possible fraudulent use of my card. No written information was provided, just rude reps who continue to harass me several times daily. They treated me like a criminal. I also will never purchase gas at ***** again! I enjoyed going to ********** ***** to get my gas once I signed up for their rewards program and many times went out of my way to find a ** location for gas. I am now turned off due to the experience I had with their payment processor Checkredi. I received an email stating I am being charged a $35 fee because a transaction from ********** ***** was denied for insufficient funds.
