Not being open until the time they’re supposed to be.
Wait times are excessive. Front desk is unprofessional, they will not ensure that patients have received their medicine or proper treatment once they're done billing you. Doctor sent an out of stock prescription and refused to return my call about sending it to another pharmacy. I was experiencing level 10 pain and got prescribed ibuprofen. Apparently they can't treat actual pain just charge you an outrageous price to say they did. Refused to give me pain meds.
