Not being open until the time they’re supposed to be.
Wait times are excessive. Front desk is unprofessional, they will not ensure that patients have received their medicine or proper treatment once they're done billing you. Doctor sent an out of stock prescription and refused to return my call about sending it to another pharmacy. I was experiencing level 10 pain and got prescribed ibuprofen. Apparently they can't treat actual pain just charge you an outrageous price to say they did. Refused to give me pain meds. Slow service and doctor has absolutely no idea what they are talking about, brought my fiancé in as she’s had a fever for the last 3 weeks tested positive for the flu the first time we went in, went in again after flu was done because she is still running a high fever gave us another antibiotic to try said if this doesn’t work in 3 days come back, went back in doctor try’s to play it off as flu a second time then says 104 fever isn’t high, ask them over the phone the day before we went in if they do blood work said they do w... read more
Very slow. I had to ask them to do urinalysis and that was my whole problem. Waited forever for doctor and she was in about 5 minutes! Walked out to ask receptionist why it was taking so long and she was asleep!!! Exam room floor was very dirty!!
Highly recommend this urgent care! Treated with respect and dignity from the moment we walked in the door. Front desk receptionist (wish I would have gotten her name) was super helpful and Ms. Laura, the Physician Assistant, went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. This will be my "go to" place if such a need arises again. 🌟
