Went because I didn’t feel like waiting in the we for what I was certain was a uti, I’m 17 weeks pregnant. As soon as they saw that they immediately said oh we can’t treat you because you’re pregnant you have to go to the er. Went to south star and they treated me immediately! Never going back here they are beyond LAZY!!!
This is an update on my previous interaction with this urgent care. With that being said allow me to share my experience from today with you all. I've been coming here for quite awhile now and all was well. Upon my arrival 10 mins ago after turning in the required documents and their paperwork I was just told that they wouldn't be seeing me today! Extremely rude back staff. I could hear her trash talking me from the room. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable at an urgent care.
This place used to be good years ago. Now? They have turned away my mother and now my daughter. They refer us to the emergency despite us calling before we get there to make sure they can see whatever symptoms are being experienced. My daughter had a fever - Doctor wouldn’t even look at her ears, nose , throat. Nothing. And told the nurse for us to go to the ER for an x ray?? In the history, I stated fever, decreased appetite.
