Went in for a UTI and was told it was a yeast infection. Prescribed medication, one pill. I took the medication and saw no improvements in my symptoms 24 hours after taking so I called and expressed this to them and was told that I needed to give the medicine more time to work and to call back next week if the symptoms hadn’t improved. Ended up having to go to the emergency room for a UTI( shocker) plus a kidney infection. Will not be returning.
Went because I didn’t feel like waiting in the we for what I was certain was a uti, I’m 17 weeks pregnant. As soon as they saw that they immediately said oh we can’t treat you because you’re pregnant you have to go to the er. Went to south star and they treated me immediately! Never going back here they are beyond LAZY!!!
This is an update on my previous interaction with this urgent care. With that being said allow me to share my experience from today with you all. I've been coming here for quite awhile now and all was well. Upon my arrival 10 mins ago after turning in the required documents and their paperwork I was just told that they wouldn't be seeing me today! Extremely rude back staff. I could hear her trash talking me from the room. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable at an urgent care.
