These guys are idiots. I called and gave them specifics on the MacBook Pro that I have, told them that everything works to include the screen that is cracked but that I would like to get it replaced and the only thing they want is for me to waste my gas, drive up there only to tell me that they want to charge me an arm and a leg for a new screen!! Screw them!! I'll deal with a cracked screen and they will NEVER get my business!!
