I wanted to give a shout out to Checkpoint Crossfit. I decided to return to crossfit as an older woman. I was very nervous, but Darrell worked with me to modify some of the more challenging exercises. He is a great encourager and the classes are different everyday. That keeps things new and interesting and I was surprised at some of the things I could do. I highly recommend checking them out!
Such a great gym. The owner, Darrell, is one of the nicest people around. Came in for a drop in and left with a great sweat and feeling a sense of family within the community. I did a drop in and thought it was a great Crossfit box. The Owner Darrell is super nice and his programming is perfect for all types of athletes. It has a great family feel.
