I have such a difficult time getting these people to answer the phone, return my calls, or treat me like somebody paying hundreds of dollars a month to live in their apartment. Every time I call they seem extremely bothered and put out, the blinds were rigged (sawed on top) so that normal sized blinds don't fit, the front door is heavy, and I keep finding rat traps in my apartment.
