I use Checkmate services for many of our projects. They are always responsive and professional. This last project, however, warrants more than mere mention. I was tasked with repairing a deck that had been deemed condemned and not safe for use. I received notification of such on a Friday. The owners and their guests were arriving the following Wednesday.
