Calked Andy at Checkmate Exterminators as we had carpenter ants appearing in our porch. Andy returned our call in minutes, asked me to send a photo and confirmed that we were indeed carpenter ants. We made an appointment for Andy to come to the house. He was on time and very professional. He was able to determine where the carpenter ants were coming from and explained the process to eradicate the ants. We found Checkmate to be responsive, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and good at what they do. They showed up when expected to inspect and discuss recommended treatments. We made an appointment for them to come treat our house, and they were there as promised. The treatment has proven effective. We would certainly do business with them again. UPDATE: 1.5 years after the treatment we had for ants and other insects, the treatment is still holding up. We are very happy with the service we received.
