Do Not go with these ppl. They barely speak proper English making it hard to understand harm. And they have very pissy attitudes when speaking with you. Do Not give them buisness. They tried to short me 1100$ dollars and when I showed them where and how( I recorded the entire time) they finally gave me my money. They will lie and cheat you for a dollar. They are not even American. They are foreign ppl with Non-speaking English ppl. Do Not go with them. Let them go broke til they stop being Crooks.
This actually happened last year when I was trying to cash my amended tax return. The female that was working was new to the job, she needed more training for sure. When she went to check the system she told me I had already cashed my tax return. I told her that is correct but this is my amended return payment. She said well you already cashed it. Today a lady named Liz was rude.. but all of them that work there are always rude at the Tacoma location and they never assist! They always talk over you and I never get my question answered.
Liz was amazing thank u for your help, time, and patience. And for any1 who thinks little of this place isn't looking at the big picture. Have u ever been there? Then they have 2 check out your situation... all of it. Is the person PROTECTING the money supposed 2 come out and shoo off these addicts. U wanna blame any1, look at yourself, and the place u live. What ru doing to help... becuase it takes a community
