Been living in Texas for 16 years and came back and ate at Checkers s. Fl. Ave Lakeland. I used to LOVE Checkers. The fries were worse than the burgers and the burgers SUCKED. How can a place go downhill so bad? Whoever the CEO is needs to be FIRED along with anyone else responsible for this unbelievable disaster. The oil the fries were cooked in was so old and the burger looked and tasted like yesterdays garbage. You definitely lost a used to be faithful customer. As Trump said "YOUR FIRED".

Got BLT BURGER But NO BURGER Just lettuce tomato and Bacon and mayo This is not the first time this has happened, when I tried to call the store the mail box was full it was Store# 5292 In Plant City Florida

All of these restaurants where they want you to give your order to a computer rather than a person I will not deal with this. There has to be a human quality control check. Computers cannot take the place of humans.

Statement of Incident – January 13, 2025 Location: Checkers, Cape Coral, FL. Approximately 12:15-12:30 My name is Jerry Moore. I reside at 2314 N.E. 5th Terrace, Cape Coral, FL, 33909. I own a sprinkler repair business, and on January 13, just before noon, I visited John Deere Landscape Supply to pick up materials. Just ate at Zephyrhills Checkers 5505 Gall Blvd. What a gross meal!!! We went through the drive through. 1) missing one of our fries and a drink. 2) got two fish sandwich COMBOS. They were only one fish fillet in each sandwich. It should have been two! 3) the fish did NOT even taste like fish. It was either dog food, cooked in bad grease, or something gross!! Not any cheese on either sandwich! This was the WORST fast food I ever had. You employees had best be saving some money up. You’ll be out of a job fast at this rate!!
