Unbelievably rude. I'm trying to get my corporation set up with a local agency to drug test my employees and the person answers the phone was just extremely rude, reading off a script as if I was a drug test candidate, I was trying to get information to get set up in their system. I've also been in there a couple years ago for a test and they are incredibly rude inside as well. I am not sure how others feel about the new burger buns? They are brioche and the burger gets lost ,its like there isnt even any meat! ,in my opinion. I use to go to Checkers for the cheeseburgers and fries,however, I will no longer be visiting JUST for the fries. There are too many other solid fast food places now-a-days.
We use Checkers for our company tests and have always had such a positive and professional experience. They have bi-lingual persons on staff and are always so friendly, welcoming, and patient.
