Office lady is incredibly rude/disrespectful and has absolute no customer service whatsoever! Sidney, MT Checkers offers several services, BEWARE when you call to get simple helpful information for pricing, scheduling, etc you will be treated like you are an inconvenience and an idiot because you need help navigating just measly scheduling a simple appointment that you CANT EVEN DO ON THEIR WEBSITE! I never look forward to dealing with the people there. They’re unfriendly and impatient.
First off Janette came off with a attitude for no reason then wasn't even answer the question I asked which was what do I all need for a responsible person and hazmat then she was talking about TSA which I didn't even say about TSA .. THEN WHEN I ASKED TO TALK TO HER MANAGER SHE LIED AND SAID SHE WAS THE OWNER WHICH IS A LIE. SO IN OTHER WORDS JANETTE NEEDS A NEW JOB CANT SEEM TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS..... PS. OWNER I KNOW YOU READ THESE DO YOUR JOB. THANKS
Untrained staff. Cramped closets to test in . Cross contamination from tester handling items containing contaminants and alcohol and not changing gloves before testing . People with access to state and Federal databases should at least be competent in there jobs.
