Every business is going to the stupid AI ordering stuff. The employees don’t have anything to do with that and I’m sure they’re upset that eventually they’re gonna be replaced by kiosk in AI. It’s awful. Had I have not checked, my order would’ve been wrong. And when I had the person on the other end of the line read it back to me, They read it back wrong.
